The certificate c <= F(5, p, g) on the nonnegative orthant is a kernel-evaluated bisection over 4-D boxes (45 mirror-symmetric roots, 39780 leaves) whose leaf test reads lower bounds for w from a pyramid table of dyadic cells (41115 finest cells, each verified by an integer recomputation of attempt-002's cell test proved exact against it).
